Name Change

To better reflect the work we do, and the services and products we provide, we, James and Guylaine Tolchard, have changed the name of our company from Processology Institute to Global Processology, effective December 01, 2011.

Confidentiality

Any and all information you choose to share with us related to a free consultation, and/or paid sessions, consultations, and personalized training, is kept confidential. All email interchanges are kept confidential. All worksheets and related documents you choose to complete and email to us are kept confidential. It is that simple.

Cancellation policies

You have the right to cancel your free consultation and/or your scheduled and paid sessions, consultations and personalized trainings at any time. If you cancel a prepaid service, you will be reimbursed in full, by check, except for a $10.00 administration fee. We require that you inform us of your decision to cancel 24 hours prior to the date and time of your scheduled service, by calling 919.303.9875, or emailing us at info@GlobalProcessology.com.

We also reserve the right to cancel. If we do cancel a scheduled and paid service, you will be reimbursed in full for all unused service(s) you have prepaid. You will also be informed of the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session and the reasons for the cancellation.

Disclaimer regarding Certified Individuals

Many people have attended free lectures, introduction trainings, and workshops for personal development conducted by James and/or Guylaine Tolchard which did not and do not provide these individuals with certification to practice the Processology of Human Development with other people.

From 2005 to 2011, while James and Guylaine Tolchard's company was called Processology Institute, the Tolchards conducted yearly certification training. Some of the students who have attended these training programs have obtained certification to practice Processology with other people; others have not.

If you intend to use the services of individuals certified to practice Processology, ask them to show you their certificate, or contact us for verification at email

Be informed that individuals certified to practice Processology are operating their own consulting organizations and are free agents. They are not representatives, employees or agents of Global Processology.

Global Processology does not monitor, regulate or endorse the practices of these certified individuals. Global Processology and James and Guylaine Tolchard make no warranties and expressly disclaim any and all liability and responsibility for any actions taken or any decision made in reliance upon information contained on the websites of these individuals and/or services or products obtained from these individuals.
